In\-depth understanding of Massachusetts MassHealth regulations (e.g., PNA allowances, Community Spouse rules, and PPA/NAMI reconciliation). Demonstrated leadership capability, strong organizational skills, and exceptional empathy when communicating with families navigating long\-term care finances. An Equal Opportunity Employer
