We are growing—and we’re looking for a dynamic, people‑focused Mid‑Market Field Sales Manager to lead and develop a high‑performing team of Field Sales Executives. About the Role As the Manager, Field Sales you will own new‑logo and expansion revenue growth within the U.S. mid‑market business segment. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of highly driven Field Sales Executives who engage directly with accounting firms to deliver WK’s award‑winning tax, accounting, and audit solutions. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in co‑selling with reps, building strong client relationships, and creating a high‑performance, high‑engagement sales culture. Compensation: $89,600\.00 \- $157,000\.00 USD This role is eligible for Commission.Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.
