Senior Solution Consultant \- Kinaxis We are seeking a Senior Kinaxis Solution Consultant to join our dynamic delivery team. In this role, you’ll design, configure, and implement Kinaxis Maestro solutions for manufacturing and supply chain clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—translating business challenges into technology solutions that drive efficiency, visibility, and agility. What you'll be working on: Lead and own Kinaxis Maestro implementations from discovery through deployment. Conduct workshops with executive and functional stakeholders to define solution scope, requirements, and priorities. Architect and configure Maestro solutions aligned with client business processes and KPIs. Provide strategic guidance and best practices to optimize supply chain planning, S\&OP, and decision\-making. Collaborate with data integration and technical teams to ensure seamless system connectivity. Develop and deliver training sessions, solution documentation, and client enablement materials. Partner with internal sales and pre\-sales teams to shape proposals, demos, and project scoping. Stay current with Kinaxis innovations, driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team. What you bring to the table: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field. 10\+ years of experience with Kinaxis Maestro (implementation, configuration, and support). Proven track record of leading end\-to\-end implementations and managing client relationships. Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes — demand, supply, inventory, and S\&OP. Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate technical details into business language for non\-technical stakeholders. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics). Knowledge of SQL or data integration tools. Kinaxis certifications (e.g., Certified Maestro Solution Consultant Leve 1 Core or Author, Admin, Contributor).
