We accept eight major Washington plans including full TRICARE, because depth\-oriented care should not be gated behind private\-pay rates. Every clinician works from a systemic, trauma\-informed, sex\-positive, and LGBTQIA\+ affirming foundation. We are a secular practice, and anti\-oppression here is organizational structure, not marketing language. People are treated as professionals, not production units. We acknowledge that we are on the unceded ancestral lands of the Coast Salish people, specifically the Puyallup Tribe (spuyaləbabš). About the Role We are hiring fully licensed clinicians (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) and associates (LMFTA, LMHCA, LICSWA). You would carry a caseload of couples, families, and individuals matched to your training and interests, not first\-available assignment. These positions are hired at Tier 3 (20 sessions per week, a 0\.75 FTE position) or Tier 4 (28 sessions per week, 1\.0 FTE), and you can move between those tiers quarter to quarter. The session targets are real, and you set them. Your commitment is quarterly rather than weekly, targets are built on 12 of 13 weeks so a rest week is built into every quarter, PTO counts toward your quarterly session target so taking time off does not put you behind, and if something disrupts your quarter, the next step is a conversation with admin. For associates: supervision toward licensure is free, provided by AAMFT Approved Supervisors on staff, and our Fast Track roadmap supports full licensure in roughly 12 months at these tiers. The pathway from intern to associate to licensed clinician to Approved Supervisor is real and visible, all within one practice if you choose it. Compensation We pay a straight revenue split on collected session revenue, as W\-2 wages with benefits, plus paid hourly administrative time on top. Pay lands twice monthly. Associates: 50% of collected revenue (52% at Tier 4\). Licensed clinicians: 52% (53% at Tier 4\). Exact percentages set each January Expected annual earnings: associates $58,000 at Tier 3 (0\.75 FTE) to $84,500 at Tier 4 (1\.0 FTE). Licensed clinicians $62,000 at Tier 3 (0\.75 FTE) to $89,000 at Tier 4 (1\.0 FTE). Figures include $2,400 to $3,360 in annual admin pay, assume full tier completion at current average collected rates, and vary with sessions completed. Because pay is on collected funds, expect a 6 to 8 week ramp while your caseload builds and claims process. Benefits Full benefits at both tiers. We need training or experience with couples, and openness to deepening it with supervision support.
