Since 1993, the SUP has grown to include over 200 schools with over more than 2,000 partnership teachers and school leaders. Location of Workplace Main UNCW Campus Brief Summary of Work for this Position The Program Associate coordinates the day\-to\-day functions of the P\-12 School\-University Partnership (SUP), Professional Experiences team (PET), Isaac Bear Early College (IBEC), and NC New Teacher Support Program (NTSP), to include the items listed below. Performs data analysis and processes payments for all area SUP Site Coordinators and Partnership Teachers, as well, as independent contractor payments. Coordinates all on\-campus and virtual events for SUP, PET, and IBEC (e.g., meetings, workshops, and conferences) that align with the mission and goals of the college; includes scheduling, program design, logistical support, and communication with speakers, vendors, and participants. Facilitates and monitors budgets for, SUP, PET, IBEC, NCNTSP, and other operating and trust funds; processes financial transactions including travel, supplies, purchasing cards, and monthly/annual reporting for NCNTSP to East Carolina University. Works independently in verifying, recording, compiling, analyzing, and organizing specific data, documents, and various communications required for accreditation, funding opportunities, and potential collaborations. Communicates with our area school partners and other university personnel to ensure major events and functions of the SUP Office are of the highest quality and support the mission of our partnership. Facilitates scoring, documentation and reporting of SUP Online Orientation for partnership teachers. Interfaces with conference services, including fund balance and reconciliation with conference services. Coordinates and communicates ongoing student placement database work tasks and any related updates, including the documentation and examination of current processes and monitoring current system for data integrity. Analyzes and implements current working processes involving database and recommendations for future modifications, additions, needs related to data integrity (application of data, archiving of data). Assigns, trains, and coordinates SUP \& PET graduate assistant(s) to assist with conferences, workshops, and seminars, among other functions of the office. Manages department inventories (supplies, equipment, parking passes), coordinates copier access, and maintains Office of Partnerships and Engagement OneLan screen content. Makes recommendations regarding the distribution of funds and monitors financial activity across assigned areas. Responsible for coordination of copier, website updates, and inventory management of supplies, equipment, and parking passes for the department Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
