Management Accountant Dayshift

Position: Management Accountant Salary: PHP 95,000 - PHP 140,000 Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays-Fridays; 9:00AM to 6:00PM AEST RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis Monitor labour costs, margins, contractor profitability, and client performance Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Reconcile payroll, timesheets, invoicing, and contractor costs Analyse award rates, overtime, allowances, and labour utilisation trends Support end-of-month and end-of-year financial processes Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax obligations, and labour hire regulations Partner with operations and recruitment teams to improve financial performance Prepare client profitability reports and KPI dashboards Assist with audit preparation and statutory reporting Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within finance and payroll systems QUALIFICATIONS: Essential Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline 3+ years’ experience in management accounting Experience in labour hire, recruitment, staffing, construction, healthcare, logistics, or workforce-heavy industries Strong understanding of payroll costing and workforce-related financial analysis Advanced Excel skills Experience with accounting and payroll systems Desirable Knowledge of Australian labour hire regulations and awards Experience with ERP systems such as MYOB, Xero, SAP, Oracle, or Pronto Power BI or financial modelling experience Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail Commercial mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and time management skills Please mention the word PROPITIOUSLY and tag RMTI4LjI0LjE2MS4xNw== when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMTI4LjI0LjE2MS4xNw==).
