Real Estate Acquisition Specialist — Distressed Properties (Commission Only, Hybrid) We're a small real estate office in Houston. We buy properties most investors walk away from — title issues, probate issues, tax problems, judgments and liens — work with attorneys to cure the title, and resell them. It's called distressed property acquisition, and almost nobody teaches it. We will. This is a hunter role. We hand you enriched county records — you research them, find the people tied to the property, get them on the phone, and uncover the story. You won't take inbound leads, and you won't do legal work or closings; our admin team and attorneys handle that. Your job is finding deals. Hybrid and full\-time: work from our Houston office or from home — but you're on it every day. This is a career seat, not a side hustle. What you get: Full training system: playbook, video lessons, live role play, and direct acquisition support from the owners — no curative title experience required Data and tools provided: enriched lead lists, CRM, dialer, skip\-traced contacts Commission: 15% of gross profit per deal, rising to 17\.5% and then 20% as your production grows. Our deals typically generate $50K–$100K\+ in gross profit each. Agents producing at the top pace take home $120K\+ — and there is no cap A real path to more: agents who perform, save, and operate with integrity can earn their way into investing in deals alongside ownership — and ultimately a partnership track Who we're looking for: A hunter — you'd rather chase down a hard\-to\-find owner than wait for a lead to call you A problem solver — you connect dots across records, names, and family trees without overanalyzing Thick\-skinned and consistent — heavy outbound calling, plenty of rejection, no excuses High integrity — we help families out of hard situations; win\-win is the only way we do business Commission only — no base salary.
