Responsibilities: Assist with talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo, and supporting recruiting efforts across social media platforms. Support onboarding initiatives by coordinating employee orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation. Contribute to employee evaluation and performance management activities by collecting data, preparing reports, and assisting with performance review processes. Help manage employee relations by responding to inquiries, facilitating conflict management strategies, and supporting communication efforts across teams. Participate in benefits administration tasks such as data entry for benefits enrollment and updating records within HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM. Support HR projects related to change management, organization design, succession planning, and affirmative action planning. Assist with compliance activities including OSHA regulations, workers' compensation claims, and ensuring adherence to employment \& labor law standards. Contribute to HR data collection efforts for workforce management analytics using tools like Kronos, UltiPro, Paychex, or Dayforce. Support administrative functions such as maintaining accurate HR records, preparing contracts, and managing document workflows. Engage in training \& development initiatives by helping organize workshops and tracking participation using HRIS tools. Collaborate with team members on special projects related to HR sourcing, payroll processing (using systems like Paylocity or ADP), and benefits administration. Experience: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. Demonstrated interest in human resources functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement or organizational development. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact across all levels of the organization. Basic understanding of employment \& labor law principles and OSHA regulations. Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM is preferred but not required. Experience with data entry, project management tools, or social media management is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. * Eagerness to learn new skills in human capital management and workforce planning within a collaborative team environment.
