Duties Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression for all who enter the office Manage multi\-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Oversee front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing visitor logs, and handling incoming correspondence Coordinate office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records Support administrative functions including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and personal assistant duties as needed Utilize computer skills across platforms like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations Maintain accurate records through data entry and bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks while ensuring confidentiality and security Experience Proven experience in front desk or reception roles within an office environment with a focus on customer service and clerical support Demonstrated proficiency with multi\-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced setting Previous experience in office management or administrative support roles that involved calendar management, bookkeeping, or personal assistant responsibilities Familiarity with clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing systems, and time management techniques Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is advantageous for handling basic bookkeeping duties Join us as a Lead Receptionist to be the cornerstone of our welcoming environment!
