Overview Salsa Caterers And Special Events is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator to help deliver exceptional customer experiences before, during, and after events. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, guests, and event participants by providing support, answering questions, and ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the event planning process. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, problem\-solving, and building strong relationships. Responsibilities Guest Communication Respond to guest and client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Provide information regarding event services, bookings, and event details. Address guest questions and concerns in a professional manner. Maintain positive relationships with clients and event attendees. Event Support Assist with event scheduling and coordination activities. Communicate event updates and important information to clients. Support event preparation and follow\-up processes. Coordinate guest\-related requests and special accommodations. Customer Experience Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction. Conduct follow\-up communications after events when needed. Assist with resolving service\-related concerns. Help identify opportunities to improve the guest experience. Administrative Duties Maintain accurate client and guest records. Update event information within company systems. Prepare reports and documentation as assigned. Support general administrative and operational tasks. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, event support, retail, call center operations, or administrative services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency with basic computer applications. Preferred Experience in hospitality, catering, events, or guest services. Scheduling or event coordination experience. CRM or customer support software experience. Previous remote work experience.
