Duties Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, clarity, and enthusiasm to address customer needs promptly Provide outstanding customer support by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering tailored solutions Engage in sales conversations to promote products or services that meet client needs and enhance satisfaction Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients Assist with client services by processing transactions, including cash handling when necessary Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and ensure consistent service quality Skills Multilingual proficiency in English and additional languages to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell or cross\-sell products confidently Bilingual capabilities that enhance communication with international clients Exceptional customer support and client service skills to create positive experiences Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office applications, and general computer skills for efficient workflow management Excellent phone etiquette combined with clear verbal communication skills Outbound calling experience in a call center environment is highly desirable Analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Fast typing skills to manage high call volumes while maintaining accuracy Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels exceptional service!
