Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly at the front desk, creating a welcoming atmosphere Manage multi\-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and provide information efficiently Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing meetings Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and supporting client needs Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations Assist with clerical duties such as filing, copying, and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations Experience Prior office experience or administrative support background preferred Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience handling multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a professional setting Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is advantageous for supporting financial tasks Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Previous roles as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant are beneficial but not required Join us in delivering outstanding customer support while honing your administrative expertise!
