Job Summary We are seeking a full\-time (40\-hour) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Internal Medicine team. The position includes 36 hours of direct patient care and 4 hours of administrative time each week. Providers are expected to build and maintain a patient panel of at least 300 patients. Once this panel size is achieved, the schedule will transition to 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of administrative time per week. Our practice is located at 104 Endicott Street, Suites 102 \& 104, Danvers, MA 01923\. We provide comprehensive adult primary care services, including preventive care, routine health screenings, and annual physical examinations. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we offer flexible scheduling options to support work\-life balance. Summary The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a licensed provider. The NP is responsible for assessing and managing various patient populations, including those with medical and/or surgical conditions, as well as providing diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, developing appropriate plans of care, and conducting ongoing evaluations. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions Provides direct care, counseling, and education to a designated patient population in ambulatory, inpatient, operative, and/or procedural settings. Performs complete histories and physical examinations. Orders, interprets, and evaluates appropriate laboratory and diagnostic tests. Develops appropriate plans of care and follow\-up based on the outcomes of diagnostic, laboratory, and physical examination findings. Consistently provides high\-quality and timely documentation, including admission and progress notes, procedure notes, operative notes, and discharge summaries. Performs bedside procedures as are appropriate to the patient population. Orders medications and writes prescriptions in accordance with organizational and regulatory policies and procedures.
