Project \& Operational Management Lead and coordinate complex, cross\-functional projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive. Manage special projects, including research, analysis, and reporting. Communication \& Stakeholder Engagement Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage high\-level communications, correspondence, and presentations. Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment and clarity of priorities. Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships across all levels of the organization. Meeting \& Information Management Coordinate and manage executive meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and follow\-ups. Ensure effective documentation and tracking of action items and decisions. Conduct research and synthesize information into concise summaries and reports. Travel \& Logistics Oversee complex travel planning and logistics, ensuring efficient and cost\-effective arrangements. Manage detailed itineraries and provide real\-time support during travel as needed. Leadership \& Administrative Oversight Provide direction, mentorship, and oversight to administrative staff or support teams. Establish and maintain administrative standards, tools, and best practices. Allocate and manage administrative resources to support executive and organizational needs. Confidentiality \& Discretion Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Exercise sound judgment in all interactions and decision\-making. Your Qualifications ======================= Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 7\+ years of progressively responsible executive support experience, preferably supporting C\-suite leaders. Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast\-paced, high\-demand environment. Strong project management and organizational skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools Stand\-Out From the Crowd Qualifications ============================================ Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or complex organizational environments. Prior experience supervising or leading administrative teams. Experience supporting executive\-level strategy, planning, or board\-related activities. Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities. Physical Aspects of the Job =============================== Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
