##### Job Summary and Qualifications

• Position with responsibility for coordinating mobile equipment tracking/locating. Participate in business process reengineering and responsible for operational support services related to mobile equipment for the facility.
• Responsible for the mobile equipment management process for the facility.
• Primary point\-of\-contact with all users for the training and support of the services, including interfacing with clinical, biomedical, materials management, financial and administrative staff.
• Coordinates on\-site operations support employees and customer employees who utilize the equipment tracking software and services.
• Develop, implement and monitor optimized business processes relative to the mobile equipment management functions.
• Analyze utilization, on\-hand quantities, relevant data, and compile requested reports related to the mobile equipment management process.
• Assists in departmental cost containment efforts.
• Performs equipment distribution and routing cleaning of designated mobile equipment (beds excluded).This may not apply at all facilities.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate / GED
• 2\+ years experience in a hospital setting required
• Customer service and attention to details required
