Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Handle correspondence via phone, email, and messaging platforms with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette.
- Assist with event planning for company functions, meetings, and special occasions, ensuring all logistics are executed flawlessly.
- Perform data entry, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintain accurate records through filing systems both digitally and physically.
- Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members to meet objectives.
- Provide executive administrative support such as proofreading documents, transcription of notes or recordings, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role with strong office management background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
- Demonstrated ability in event planning, project coordination, bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred), and data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail; capable of multitasking in a fast\-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service experience.
- Competency in office technology including multi\-line phone systems, transcription tools, and office equipment.
