Position Overview
Boots to Health Foundation is seeking a reliable and experienced Volunteer Operations \& Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across multiple nonprofit initiatives. This remote volunteer opportunity is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, self\-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a professional virtual environment.
This is an unpaid volunteer position open only to applicants currently residing in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate virtual meetings, and maintain organized meeting records
- Assist with email communications, outreach efforts, and newsletter preparation
- Support the coordination of events, wellness programs, and fundraising campaigns
- Maintain accurate records related to donations, expenses, and participant tracking
- Prepare reports, documents, and administrative materials for leadership and organizational use
- Perform general administrative support duties, including data entry and workflow organization
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative, office support, or operations experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines in a remote setting
- High attention to detail and strong follow\-through
- Reliable weekly availability and professional communication
- Applicants must be physically located within the United States
- Preference will be given to candidates available during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
- Applications from outside the U.S. will not be considered
- Approximately 5–10 volunteer hours per week
- Consistent weekly participation is required
- A minimum 3\-month commitment is strongly preferred
