*Job Summary*

We are looking for a bilingual Insurance Sales Agent to join your remote team and assist with daily sales support, client communication, and follow\-up activity. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who is dependable, well\-spoken, detail\-oriented, and comfortable helping clients through phone calls, emails, and online messages.

In this role, you will connect with interested clients, review available insurance options, answer basic questions, gather the information needed to move forward, and support each person through the application or enrollment steps. The position requires clear communication, consistent follow\-up, strong organization, and a customer\-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and timely follow\-up
  • Contact potential clients, identify their needs, and provide basic guidance about insurance services
  • Keep leads engaged through organized follow\-up during each stage of the sales process
  • Present available insurance options in a clear, respectful, and easy\-to\-understand manner
  • Enter client information correctly into CRM software and internal tracking systems
  • Guide clients through application, enrollment, and required document submission steps
  • Check client records for missing details and help maintain accurate information
  • Keep notes, spreadsheets, client files, and follow\-up logs organized and updated
  • Coordinate phone appointments, callbacks, and follow\-up reminders when needed
  • Deliver strong customer support before, during, and after the enrollment process
  • Communicate clearly with clients, providers, and team members
  • Assist with routine administrative work connected to sales activity and client support

    * Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written

  • Stable, reliable high\-speed internet for daily remote work
  • Quiet private work area where client conversations can be handled professionally
  • Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, healthcare support, or call center environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and explaining service options clearly
  • Well\-organized, dependable, and able to manage several follow\-ups at the same time
  • Able to work with CRM systems, online platforms, and digital client records
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, including Sheets, Docs, and Gmail
  • Sales\-focused attitude with a strong commitment to customer service
