Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will gain practical experience in various aspects of human resources and provide support to the HR department. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop essential HR skills while working in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing new hire documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives by assisting in organizing events, coordinating employee recognition programs, and maintaining employee feedback mechanisms.
Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, both in physical and electronic formats.
Help administer HR programs and policies, including performance evaluations, benefits enrollment, and leave management.
Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions, tracking employee training progress, and updating training materials.
Support the HR team in day\-to\-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and responding to employee inquiries.
Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices by conducting research and attending relevant training sessions or webinars.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, or already possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem\-solving and critical\-thinking skills.
Fluent in Chinese and English
Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plus.
Pay: $20\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour
