Working Hours: Consists of a 15\-hour work week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM. Actual working hours are to be agreed upon at the onset of employment. This position will require working one or two evenings per week and the occasional weekend.
Summary: Performs secretarial/receptionist/administrative duties in the Student Success Center.
#### Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1\. Provide administrative support and coverage at Student Success Center front desk.
2\. Serve as back\-up support to Student Success Center administrative staff and work\-study students.
3\. Escort students to college offices as needed.
4\. Assist the Advising team with Open Enrollment days as needed. May be on an occasional Saturday.
5\. Make sure that all information is being properly logged in all student platforms.
6\. Input data into the CRM system.
7\. Conduct him/herself in a professional manner and exhibit a positive image for RACC at all times.
8\. Provide excellent customer service.
9\. Perform other related duties as assigned.

#### Education and/or Experience:
#### Required:
1\- High school diploma.
2\- Minimum 2 years student/customer service experience.
3\- Windows, Microsoft Word, Email, and internet skills.
4\- Accurate data entry skills.
5\- Ability to work independently.
6 \- Excellent interpersonal skills.
#### Preferred:
1\- Associates Degree
2\- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
#### Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Internet skills. Knowledge of Ellucian Colleague or other administrative software a plus.
#### Communication Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
#### Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two\-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
