- Provide comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, preventive, and diagnostic care
- Build trust with patients through compassionate, ethical treatment
- Support hygiene coverage as needed while developing your patient base
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in Washington
- 2\+ years of experience preferred, but motivated candidates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
- Team\-oriented, positive, and growth\-minded
- Interest or experience in implants, grafting, surgical extractions, or advanced procedures is a plus
