Plans pipeline — from sale closed through permit submitted. Review drafter work, coordinate engineering, submit to city.2\. Production pipeline — from permit issued through final inspection passed. Schedule, subs, materials, inspections, closeout.This is a technical coordinator role. You need to read architectural drawings well enough to catch missing details, dimension errors, code violations, and constructability issues BEFORE they become permit corrections or change orders in the field.HOURS REQUIREMENTUS Pacific business hours (8am–5pm PT). Responsibilities
- Coordinate all phases of construction projects, from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and milestones.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure resource availability and optimal utilization.
- Prepare and review construction estimates using HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools to support budgeting processes.
- Oversee contract administration, including reviewing contracts, change orders, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software to facilitate document control, RFIs, submittals, and drawings.
- Monitor project progress on\-site (when applicable) or remotely by analyzing reports, conducting virtual inspections, and coordinating site activities.
- Manage project timelines effectively through strong time management skills while maintaining clear communication channels among all stakeholders.
- Proven experience in construction or civil engineering roles with a focus on project coordination or production management.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and familiarity with Primavera P6 or Primavera P3 for scheduling.
- Hands\-on experience with construction site activities or remote site supervision is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of contracts, project documentation, and compliance standards within the construction industry.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders remotely.
