Position Overview
We are seeking a Psychiatrist who is passionate about delivering thoughtful, ethical, and evidence\-based psychiatric care. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client population while enjoying strong administrative support, flexible scheduling, and a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
- Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence\-based practice
- Collaborate closely with therapists, psychologists, dieticians and interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as clinically indicated
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and families
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional practice
- Active and unrestricted Physician license in New York
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Strong commitment to evidence\-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience with diverse populations and diagnoses preferred
