Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Administrative Coordinator to support our operations team. In this fully remote role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensure smooth day\-to\-day processes, and provide essential support to multiple departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks across various departments
  • Organize, maintain, and update digital records, databases, and filing systems
  • Handle data entry, verification, and accuracy checks in spreadsheets and CRM platforms
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate virtual appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and documentation
  • Process and track information from multiple sources
  • Assist with project coordination, follow\-ups, and workflow management
  • Respond to internal inquiries and provide general administrative support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards
  • Qualifications \& Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States (U.S. citizens or legally authorized to work in the U.S)
  • 6\+ months of administrative, coordination, or clerical experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Typing speed of 50\+ WPM with high accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
  • Reliable high\-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
