This is a part time position, only 10\-15 hours per week at first but with the potential of working full\-time in the future. Starting at $21 per hour. You can work from anywhere you like as long as you can be available to meetup in person and also run errands a couple times a week.

About the Role:
- Summit Painting LLC is looking to fill the Virtual Office Manager role. Summit Painting has been in business for over 20 years, and is looking to continue its long term success through the addition of another team member. The business is located in Colorado, which is in MST, so 1 hour ahead of California. The office manager will be the front line of calls that come into the work phone, be responsible for giving updates to ownership about the week to week events of the business, and partner closely with the on\-site project manager, who is in Colorado, to help with small tasks such as coordinate schedules, send and receive needed information for jobs, along with other various tasks. The goal is to continue growing the branch beyond its current capacity, and potentially open other branches across the US. You may also be asked to work on other tasks by ownership to help fill your hours, which could be researching locations for new branches, or helping with other ventures that the company owner is working on.
- Taking care of day to day office tasks such as answering the phone, responding to emails, unput and updating on various online platforms, relaying messages, sending scheduling reminders, etc
- Specific tasks for the office include: spell/grammar checking project estimates, coordinating schedules with customers, reconciling invoices, researching products for management, problem solving with management and customers, calling customers on a regular basis
- Coordinating with other managers/ownership to give daily/weekly updates about ongoing projects
