Administrative Assistant – Personal Finances \& Cleaning Company Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a growing cleaning company and real estate business. This role involves a mix of administrative support, transaction coordination, scheduling, client communication, bookkeeping assistance, and day\-to\-day operational management.

The ideal candidate is proactive, tech\-savvy, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast\-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesCleaning Company Support

  • Coordinate cleaning schedules and turnovers
  • Communicate with cleaners, vendors, and clients
  • Manage calendars, supply orders, and service requests
  • Track invoices, payments, and recurring services
  • Assist with customer follow\-up and issue resolution
  • Maintain organized records and spreadsheets
  • Financial \& Administrative Tasks

  • Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking
  • Organize receipts, invoices, and statements
  • Help manage business accounts and vendor payments
  • Maintain confidentiality with financial information
  • General administrative support and project assistance
  • Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Real estate or property management experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve
  • Bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience is a plus
