Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling property showings, open houses, and client appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support marketing initiatives by creating property listings, managing social media posts, and coordinating promotional campaigns.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members via phone, email, and in person to provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and organize necessary documents in compliance with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
- Conduct research on properties, market trends, and neighborhood information to aid in sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, appointments, and client interactions using organizational tools.
- Support property management tasks such as coordinating repairs or inspections when needed.
- Previous administrative experience or familiarity with real estate administrative processes is is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques relevant to real estate is advantageous.
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and basic real estate law enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
- Organizational skills that enable multitasking across various responsibilities efficiently.
