My fiancé and I are looking for an executive assistant to help with a mixture of business and personal tasks. For context: I own and operate a wedding event space venue. Andrew owns and operates a digital healthcare services business. Must have proficiency in word, excel and would love if candidate has experience using honeybook.
We are looking for:
- Project and Task Management
- Research vendors, request quotes, and present options
- Shopping (for furniture, gifts, equipment, etc) and present options
- Communicate with vendors and service providers
- Coordinate logistics for services (including vendor site visits)
- Document and file management
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems
- Create, edit, and format documents (Word, Google Docs, etc.)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Financial and Expense Reporting:
- Track and categorize expenses
- Assist with invoicing and billing clients
- Coordinate with accounting/bookkeeping teams
- Some excel analysis (payroll / expense analysis)
- Marketing \& Social Media Support:
- Schedule and publish social media content
- Manage content calendars
- Draft posts, captions, or newsletters
- Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments
- Create brand\-cohesive marketing materials / brochures
- Perform ad hoc admins tasks
- Create systems and processes to improve efficiency
- Maintain checklists and workflows
- Research and present findings regarding new services, competitors, etc
- Research tools to improve productivity
- Manage personal appointments (haircuts, home services, etc.)
- Handle personal shopping and gift purchasing
- Coordinate family schedules or events
- Manage household / event space vendors and services (lawncare, cleaners, etc)
- Assist with reservations (restaurants, events, etc.)
- Track personal expenses and subscriptions
- Plan personal travel and vacations (book flights, hotels, etc)
Pay: $25\.00 per hour
