Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with employment and labor laws, and organizational development. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, and onboarding programs using ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday.
  • Oversee employee orientation, evaluation, training \& development programs to enhance workforce skills and performance.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues promptly through effective conflict management and communication skills.
  • Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using platforms like Paychex, ADP, or Paylocity.
  • Ensure compliance with employment \& labor law regulations such as OSHA and FMLA requirements while maintaining accurate data collection and record\-keeping.
  • Lead change management initiatives and organizational design projects to optimize workforce management using tools like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
  • Support succession planning, affirmative action planning, and performance management processes aligned with strategic planning objectives.
  • Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and employment law compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee orientation, evaluation, and training \& development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft; ATS platforms like iCIMS or Taleo; payroll systems including Kronos or Paychex; and benefits administration tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage employee relations effectively while handling conflict resolution professionally.
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Experience in organizational design, workforce management strategies, and strategic planning processes.
