Responsibilities

  • Assist in talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Support onboarding and employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
  • Administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, benefits administration, and handling employee inquiries related to compensation and perks.
  • Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM; ensure data collection is precise and up\-to\-date.
  • Facilitate performance management processes by organizing employee evaluations, tracking progress, and supporting training \& development initiatives.
  • Contribute to employee relations activities by addressing workplace concerns, assisting with conflict management, and promoting positive communication skills across teams.
  • Support compliance with employment \& labor law requirements, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with familiarity in HR sourcing and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of human capital management practices including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce management strategies.
  • Hands\-on experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, Paychex, or ADP; familiarity with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Taleo is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and effectively manage employee relations.
  • Knowledge of employment \& labor law regulations including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA standards, and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while demonstrating strategic planning and organization design capabilities.
  • Administrative experience with data collection, data entry accuracy, social media management for employer branding, and use of payroll systems like Paylocity or Kronos.
