We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Med Spa Receptionist to join our vibrant team!   • Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and providing information with excellent phone etiquette
  • Schedule appointments using calendar management tools, confirming bookings and coordinating provider availability
  • Handle front desk responsibilities including check\-in/check\-out procedures, data entry, and filing patient records
  • Maintain office organization by managing supplies, updating client files, and ensuring cleanliness of the reception area
  • Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing emails, and assisting with bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and assisting clients with their needs
  • Experience

  • Previous office management or administrative experience in a medical spa setting preferred
  • Organize and great time management.
  • Proficiency with computer literacy, Vagaro system, Groupon checkout, and knowledge about products.
  • Experience handling multi\-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse client populations
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
  • Personal assistant experience or familiarity with calendar management and bookkeeping is advantageous
