A flexible 8:30–3:30 weekday schedule means you're done before the afternoon rush. A short Saturday check\-in keeps things smooth without eating your weekend.

Great base pay — with merit pay on top.

$23\.14 – $28\.87/hour base, doing work that actually moves the needle. Plus — earn merit pay for every five\-star review you help bring in through post\-event follow\-up calls. Your warmth and follow\-through are directly rewarded: the better the client experience you create, the more you take home.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Be the voice clients love.

You'll be the warm, confident point of contact that makes every client feel taken care of — before, during, and after their event. You'll turn happy clients into glowing five\-star reviews and lifelong fans.

Run operations for the team.

You'll brief our booth attendants, coordinate schedules and event assignments, and anticipate issues before they become problems — so every event feels effortless to our clients (even when it isn't). You'll be the person the team looks to for clarity and direction.

Be the owner's right hand.

You'll take the small\-but\-important things off the owner's plate — the calendar, the inbox, the details that keep the business moving — so he can focus on clients and growth. Your follow\-through will make you indispensable.

Experience in operations, executive support, or client services is a plus.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Experience \& Communication

\- Serve as primary point of contact for clients before and after events

\- Manage client communication with professionalism, warmth, and clarity

\- Confirm event details, timelines, and expectations

\- Handle client changes, questions, and concerns with confidence and discretion

\- Follow up with clients after events to gather feedback and request Google reviews

Event Operations \& Coordination

\- Prepare and distribute event details, instructions, and assets to booth attendants

\- Coordinate schedules, assignments, and event coverage

\- Ensure attendants are prepared, informed, and aligned with brand standards

\- Complete event data entry within 24 hours of booking

\- Send pre\-event briefings 48 hours before each event

\- Deliver post\-event follow\-ups within 24 hours of event completion

Administrative \& Executive Support

\- Provide ongoing administrative support to the owner

\- Assist with inbox management (targeting inbox zero daily), scheduling, and coordination

\- Manage calendar with full ownership including scheduling, confirmations, and conflict resolution

\- Support day\-to\-day tasks that require discretion, organization, and follow\-through

\- Research \& Growth Support

\- Research trade shows, conventions, and industry events

\- Conduct research to support geographic expansion and new markets

\- Compile findings, comparisons, and recommendations

\- Projects \& Continuous Improvement

\- Assist with one\-off projects and special initiatives

\- Improve and maintain internal processes, documentation, and checklists

\- Identify gaps or inefficiencies and propose thoughtful solutions
