About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, sharp, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the founder of a fast\-growing food and hospitality brand in Honolulu.
This role is primarily focused on managing email and calendar communications, helping prioritize daily tasks, and ensuring nothing important falls through the cracks. You’ll be working closely with the founder across multiple businesses, including a syrup manufacturing company, café, and cocktail bar.
This is a high\-impact role for someone who can think independently, communicate clearly, and bring structure to a fast\-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to daily email communications on behalf of the founder
- Maintain and optimize calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and protecting time
- Prioritize incoming requests and determine what requires direct attention vs. independent handling
- Act as a point of contact between the founder and team members, vendors, and partners
- Track ongoing tasks, projects, and follow\-ups to ensure execution
- Assist with light operational coordination across multiple businesses
- Strong written communication skills (must be able to write clearly and professionally on behalf of the founder)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritize, make decisions, and work independently without constant direction
- Fast, responsive, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
- Part time, flexible hours
- Hybrid role based in Honolulu
- Compensation: $20–$24/hour depending on experience
