We are currently seeking a full time, reliable, and skilled IT Support Assistant to join our team at Wesley Commons! This is a hands\-on position that combines on\-site troubleshooting with remote user assistance \- perfect for someone with basic networking IT experience and a customer\-first attitude!
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot electronics, including televisions, phones, and associated devices
- Providing hardware and software support to Wesley Commons and providing technical assistance to residents, employees, and admin staff.
- Communicate clearly with end users to resolve technical issues
- Basic networking needs
- Other job duties as assigned
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Proficient with Apple, Android, Windows 10, and Windows 11 operating systems
- Ability to multi\-task
- Experience or IT networking education preferred
