The Work

  • Process paperwork in a timely manner (in relation to inventory, vendor invoices and mail)
  • Process daily cash/check deposits
  • Assist with answering incoming calls
  • Document work clearly and collaborate with teammates
  • Scan documents
  • Ensure accuracy of all data entry

  • Experience in an office setting, to include working with office machinery/computers
  • Ability to work independently while knowing you are part of the team
  • Experience with cash/check deposits
