We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant / Hybrid Admin to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering multi\-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer support with professional phone etiquette
  • Handle calendar management and scheduling for team members, coordinating meetings and appointments with precision
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tracking
  • Organize files, documents, and correspondence through effective filing systems—both physical and digital—ensuring easy retrieval
  • Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and overseeing general administrative functions
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution, ensuring high\-quality communication
  • Assist with personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements or special project support
  • Experience

  • Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools
  • Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
  • Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client interactions
  • Previous experience handling multi\-line phone systems, managing calendars, and providing customer service enhances your fit for this role
