PBACO is seeking a reliable, detail\-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational functions. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast\-paced, entrepreneurial healthcare environment. The Office Assistant will provide front office support, coordinate administrative workflows, and assist leadership and team members with day\-to\-day operational needs.
This is a hands\-on role requiring professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office \& Administrative Support \- As our Office Assistant, you'll be a core part of the team:
- Be the face of the office — greeting visitors and handling calls and emails professionally
- Keep leadership organized by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating conference room logistics
- Prepare meeting spaces for external visitors, including materials, tech setup, and refreshments
- Support the team with data entry, document prep, and reporting
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and keep office and breakroom supplies stocked
- Jump in on special projects and cross\-functional initiatives as they come up
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Meaningful experience in a growing healthcare company

- Prior office, customer service, or campus organization experience is a plus, but not required
