Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail\-oriented Office Assistant to support a busy construction company. This role is responsible for assisting with invoice processing, data entry, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail\-oriented, highly motivated, and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties
- Get the office ready in the morning all lights on and close up in the evening
- Provide general support to visitors
- Post Office runs/etc. (mileage reimbursement)
- Entering all invoices daily with a 24 hour turn around
- Check all emails and phone for any and all vendor inquiries via email or phone on payments and statements
- Scan, Print, file, and organize accounting and office records
- Organizing physical files
- Answer phones, emails, and assist with general office administrative duties
- Assist with general office duties including mail handling, scheduling, and office organization
- Perform all other tasks as assigned
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and professional phone etiquette
