Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that match their needs
- Door to Door Sales in South Bay
- Follow up leads
- Set appointments
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain a thorough understanding of math to ensure correct pricing, discounts, and change calculations
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and offering product recommendations
- Operate relevant financial software for transaction processing and record keeping
- Handle 10 key typing tasks efficiently to support quick and accurate data entry during sales or loan processing
- Proven experience in home service sales and customer service environments
- Outgoing eager to learn
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively
- Ability to perform 10 key typing swiftly for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast\-paced environment with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Experience in Construction/Landscaping is a plus
- Project estimating experience is a plus
