The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist plays a vital role in supporting a small administrative team by independently managing front\-desk operations and office tasks in the Mansion. This role handles a high volume of visitor interactions and phone calls daily while maintaining confidentiality and efficient communication to ensure smooth office functioning.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings efficiently
- Handle high volume of phone calls and greet visitors professionally
- Assist with data entry and manage document filing systems
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and office supplies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure sensitive information is kept confidential
- Oversee communication flow within the office and with external contacts
- Use standard office software and school databases effectively
