Overview
We are a well\-established boutique financial planning and wealth management firm seeking an experienced and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations, providing administrative support to advisors and management, and delivering a professional experience for clients.
This is a full\-time position based in Sandy Springs/Dunwoody, Georgia, with in\-office expectations initially, transitioning to a hybrid work model once ramped up and integrated.

- Provide administrative support to financial advisors
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and process client documentation, applications, and policy paperwork
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM database (Wealthbox) in compliance with industry regulations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with onboarding new clients and servicing existing accounts
- Coordinate office operations, including virtual filing, supplies, and correspondence
- Support compliance requirements by organizing and maintaining required documentation
- Generate reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed
- Cross\-train with other agency staff in order to support their various roles when necessary
- 3\+ years of administrative experience (financial services or insurance industry)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with close attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience with CRM systems and insurance/financial software is a plus
