Looking for someone organized, driven, and friendly to take control front office operations. This is the perfect job for someone who needs flexibility and the ability to work at home must reside in Pennsylvania and able to come to the office in Jersey Shore when needed.
What you’ll do
- Answer phones
- Set appointments/calendar management (no sales or cold calling required)
- Send out invoices
- Respond to title agencies, attorneys, and other professionals in the field
- Respond to emails
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM software, and Scheduling software
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Able to handle confidential information discreetly
- Phone etiquette
- Able to negotiate
- Able to communicate appropriately with industry professionals and customers
- Home office setup with computer, printer, and reliable internet
- Experience communicating with professionals
- Experience in personal assistant roles or administrative positions
