Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, providing friendly, professional assistance via discord, email, and on calls. Your expertise in scheduling, administrative tasks, and customer support will ensure smooth daily operations and a positive experience for everyone you work with. Responsibilities
- Customer Attention and responses on Discord Server
- Scheduling meetings with “High Ticket” Clients
- Manage daily and weekly messaging announcements (call times \& updates)
- Respond to support tickets and account creation requests
- Would be part of BP Premium Team Meetings and Weekly Meetings
- Checking back end systems to support team leads
- AdminIstrative Support and Account Management
- Assist in recording and sharing of Call Recordings
- Attend every virtual call with team and clients
- Research and Formatting of Client Audits
- Strong clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is required.
- Understanding of Social Media and Youtube is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems such Close, Zapier, Hyros, Clickfunnels is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Discord and Slack messaging systems is highly desirable
- Previous experience in customer service roles involving phone support or front desk responsibilities is highly desirable.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working in hotel hospitality, executive receptionist, or personal assistant is required
- Excellent phone / email etiquette and time management skills are highly desirable

Pay: $20\.00 \- $22\.00 per hour
