We are looking for a highly detail\-oriented, organized, and reliable Admin team member to manage receiving, inventory tracking, and product organization. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys routine tasks, structured workflows, and working behind the scenes to keep the business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming bridal gowns, accessories, and tuxedo items
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
- Accurately enter products into POS / inventory systems
- Tag, label, and organize inventory with precision
- Track order statuses, back orders, and delivery timelines
- Maintain clean, organized stock rooms and storage systems
- Coordinate with stylists and management on order arrivals and readiness
- Assist with steaming prep coordination and inventory readiness for appointments
- Enjoys routine, repetitive tasks and takes pride in doing them well
- Has strong attention to detail—you notice small errors others miss
- Is highly organized and process\-driven
- Is comfortable working independently and staying focused
- Has strong computer skills (data entry, systems, spreadsheets)
- Values accuracy, consistency, and accountability
- Is dependable and follows through on responsibilities
- Experience with inventory systems or POS platforms preferred
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and/or Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to lift and handle garment boxes (light to moderate lifting)
- Previous admin, warehouse, retail operations, or inventory experience is a plus

Pay \& Benefits
· Base rate $15 \- $20 per hour, \+ Bonus
