Join WISI’s collaborative and customer‑focused Sales organization as a Senior Account Manager, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within tier‑2 and tier‑3 telco and cable operators across the U.S. and Canada.

This role is designed for an experienced sales professional with deep industry knowledge who can operate independently while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams at WISI. The Senior Account Manager is trusted to lead complex sales cycles, build long‑term customer relationships, and represent WISI’s carrier‑grade solutions with credibility and confidence in a highly competitive market.

Purpose of the Role

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing and growing customer relationships by identifying opportunities, aligning WISI solutions to customer needs, and delivering sustained revenue growth.

This role is accountable for managing complex sales engagements end‑to‑end—from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close—while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility. Through trusted advisor relationships and strong execution discipline, the Account Manager contributes directly to near‑term commercial success and long‑term market expansion for WISI.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver against annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of customer organizations, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead complex sales cycles by identifying key stakeholders, leveraging internal advocates, and overcoming objections.
  • Collaborate cross\-functionally within WISI to align resources and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity tracking in
  • HubSpot CRM; contribute to monthly forecast updates and pipeline reviews.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that improve reliability, reduce costs, and meet budget requirements.
  • Provide feedback to product management on market needs and product enhancements.
  • What we're looking for:

    * 5\+ years of sales experience in the video processing industry, with a proven track record of winning new business at tier\-2 and tier\-3 telcos and cablecos.

    * Deep understanding of IP video and cable TV technologies and market dynamics.

    * Exceptional communication and presentation skills that influence and inspire.

    * Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and self\-motivated, with a bias for action.

    * A true hunter mindset—passionate about prospecting and expanding account reach.

    * Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

    * Technical aptitude and a willingness to continuously learn and master WISI’s product portfolio.

    * Product Knowledge: Technically fluent, commercially aware, and curious about evolving industry trends.
