Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Account Sales/Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in helping manage client accounts through assisting with their project needs, driving business development, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, computer knowledge, and exceptional communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. NOTE THS IS AN IN OFFICE ROLE NO REMOTE!
Duties
- Oversee the management of client projects, ensuring satisfaction and retention through effective communication and relationship building by creating PowerPoint decks and helping develop gifts and products for their events.
- Proven experience in negotiation, business development, B2B sales, and account management.
- Strong background in sales with an understanding of promotional products is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess pricing/deadline data and derive actionable insights for project strategies.
- Ability to lead projects effectively while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and team collaboration.
