Nature and Scope of Job
The Application Analyst works closely with the client’s ServiceMax Sr. Application Analyst and Sr. Business \& Data Analyst to support users of the client’s ServiceMax application. Primarily focused on training and support, the role requires business and subject\-matter expertise to enable user success. The role works cross\-functionally with customer service teams, and both internal and external technician teams around the globe.
Primary Responsibilities
- Approving access to add/remove users.
- Facilitating on\-line training and/or delivering training to new users.
- Maintaining the application's work instructions in conjunction with application enhancements and process updates.
- Creating and maintaining training materials and quick reference guides.
- Knowledge and experience extracting information from Subject Matter Experts for training development or modification.
- Proactive incident management using ServiceNow and a group mailbox, including coaching of end users to resolve business process issues. Escalation of technical issues to IT teams.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve user satisfaction or process.
- Writing reports in Salesforce.
- Execution of user acceptance testing.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required
- Must have a vast knowledge and functional use of all Microsoft Office and other pertinent operating applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
- Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills in English.
- Use of appropriate written and verbal language and grammar; conveys clear written messages in learning content that is organized and easy to follow.
- Demonstrated understanding of instructional design, adult learning concepts, performance improvement, change management, and learning best practices.
- Experience supporting enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceMax, or SAP.
- Experience working with GxP validated systems or ISO processes.
- Ability to produce results with little direct supervision.
- Ability to occasionally flex working hours as needed to interact with global teams.
- Ability to travel very occasionally to receive or deliver in\-person training.
- Qualifications:
- Experience developing content for SuccessFactors LMS
- ServiceMax and/or Salesforce Admin certification
- SOQL or SQL querying experience
- Computer system coding or configuration experience
- Power BI report creation experience
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or Information Technology, plus 5\+ years’ relevant experience.
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer in an environmentally controlled home office environment.
- Operate other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, scanner, or printer.
- Frequently communicate with stakeholders via telephone, email, or instant message. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Compensation
Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2\): USD 50\.00 \- 60\.00
The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM’s compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget.
Full\-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long\-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.
Both full and part\-time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part\-time employees may be eligible for paid time off.
