COTS is hiring for a Data Management Specialist. This position will be COTS’ go\-to person for data. Keeping the data clean, making sense of it, and translating it into clear, compelling insights for staff, leadership, funders, and our Board of Directors. This isn’t a fully back\-office role. You’ll be in the mix: running 1:1 training sessions with staff, presenting trend analysis to managers and directors.

#### POSITION DETAILS:
- FullTime: 9 am5 pm, MondayFriday
- Pay: $27\.10 $28\.10 (Based on working and lived experience)
- Hybrid with 3 days onsite and 2 remote
- 12 paid vacation days
- 12 paid sick days
- 11 paid holidays
- 4 personal days to use as you choose
- Respond to adhoc data requests and surface insights that help programs improve.
- Serve as primary admin for our program databases
- Create documentation, guides, and training materials that actually get used
- Own data quality across the organization—collection, storage, accuracy, compliance (HIPAA, HUD, Vermont regs)
- Build reports and dashboards for grant compliance, program evaluation, and strategic planning
- Lead 1:1 and group trainings with staff on database use, data entry, and reporting tools
- 24 years of experience in data management, database administration, or analysis
- Comfortable with data visualization tools—Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar
- Ability to work with individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, or economic barriers
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
