Therapy Cincinnati, a group private practice in Cincinnati, is looking for a part time and/or full\-time EMDR therapist to join our group practice. We are conveniently located in Montgomery, right off Ronald Regan and I\-71\.
Join a practice where EMDR isn't just accepted—it's our specialty. We offer free group consultation that counts toward your EMDRIA certification requirements, plus you'll work alongside colleagues who actively use EMDR and are available for informal case consultation. This gives you both the structured professional support for certification and the day\-to\-day peer guidance you need to grow your expertise while building your practice.
We pride ourselves on having a safe and supportive work environment, and empowering our therapists to do their best work without them feeling micromanaged. We allow our providers to choose what days and hours they want to work (subject to office space availability), and we don't require that you work a set amount of hours per week.
Therapy Cincinnati will provide a steady stream of referrals, and will assist the candidate in marketing themselves and adapting to private practice. The ideal candidate should be independent, driven, collaborative, and positive. Candidate will be an independent contractor.
Therapy Cincinnati primarily offers in person therapy sessions, and the candidate should be willing to see a majority of their clients in person at our office. Candidates must be fully licensed in the State of Ohio, with either an independent license or a dependent license. Compensation is percentage based on income received, and paid bi\-weekly.

Requirements:
\*Current State of Ohio license as a PhD, PsyD, LSW, LPC, IMFT, LISW, LPCC
\*Willing to work 10 hours per week or more
\*Prior private practice experience is a plus
\*Being paneled with insurance is a plus
