Receptionist / Mail Clerk (Spanish Required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer, route, and manage incoming calls with professionalism
  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Review, sort, and file checks, faxes, and incoming mail
  • Prepare and manage outgoing certified mail
  • Handle and manage VA (virtual assistant) tasks as assigned
  • Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records
  • Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) – required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast\-paced environment
